Tell us where and when. We drop off a van or trailer, your volunteers fill it, and we pick it up when your drive wraps.

We open an account in your group's name. Supporters drop off any time we're open, give the counter your group name, and every refund goes to you.

Good questions from organizers.

Does it cost anything to run a drive?

No. The van or trailer drop-off is free, and your group receives the full 10¢ / 25¢ deposit on every eligible container.

Will we get a van or a trailer?

It depends on the size of your drive and what's available on your date. We'll confirm which one when we book.

What if it fills up before we're done?

Call us at (403) 272-7766. We'll empty it at the depot and bring it back so your drive keeps going.

How do supporters credit my group at the depot?

With a fundraising account, they tell our counter your group's name (or account number) at drop-off. Every refund is logged to your account.

How do we get paid?

By cash, cheque or Interac e-Transfer, once everything is counted.

Do supporters need to sort?

No. Mixed bags and boxes are fine.

Will we get a record of what was raised?

Yes. Every payout comes with an itemized count by container type and size, so your treasurer has clean records.

Can we run it all year?

Yes. A fundraising account keeps collecting for as long as you want. Many groups promote it at the start of each season.
