Do my staff need to sort anything?
No. Mixed bags are fine. Just keep containers bagged or binned, caps on and uncrushed, and keep non-beverage garbage out.
How do I know the count is right?
Every load is counted at the depot and you receive an itemized statement by material and size. Questions about a count? Call us and we'll review it.
Can I change my schedule?
Yes. Bump up to weekly during patio season, switch to on call over a slow stretch, or pause. One call or email does it.
How do I get paid?
However suits you: cash from the driver at pickup, a monthly cheque, a cheque by mail, or Interac e-Transfer.
Do you do events?
Yes. Book a one-time pickup for festivals, tournaments, weddings and corporate events. Give us a few days' notice for large volumes.
Can the refund go to a charity instead?
Yes. Many businesses donate their deposits to a team or cause, and we can route payment straight to them.
